In a video shared by Storyful, 12-year-old Rosie whirled a huge snake around to save a guinea pig's life, leaving numerous people stunne.

A girl took extreme measures to save her beloved guinea pig, fighting off a snake that tried to eat the guinea pig. 

If you are afraid of snakes, I believe you should run away from this thing. This brave 12-year-old girl surprised many when she saved the life of a guinea pig that had been eaten by a snake.

A video shows a girl saving a guinea pig from being eaten by a giant snake.

Australian radio host Kip Whiteman shared a video on social media of his niece Rosie protecting her backyard guinea pigs from the giant reptile. The video went viral and has been viewed more than 8,800 times.

In the video shared by Storyful, 12-year-old Rosie walks into a corner behind her home in search of her pet hamster, MaxiBon. She appears to have discovered her pet and the guinea pig in the giant snake's mouth.

The brave girl bent down, grabbed the snake's tail and, to save her guinea pig, began spinning the reptile in an attempt to get the snake to drop her pet.

This brave girl shocked many people by saving the guinea pig.

The 12-year-old boy appeared to be following the guinea pig as it ran out from behind a bush, but Rosie suddenly knelt down and grabbed something from the ground.

The video captured the moment she stood upright, holding a snake in her palms with a MaxiBon guinea pig dangling from its fangs.

The girl's father, Luke Whiteman, said he heard Rosie "screaming at the top of her lungs". He walked outside and saw his daughter "holding the snake like it was a hammer."

A nack has been identified as this species but is described as being 2.5 meters long

Rosie knew she had to free Maxibon, so she continued to shake the snake vigorously in the garden, trying to encourage it to let go of her hand.

The poor guinea pig would have no idea what was happening as the world around him went blurry and he bumped into objects in the garden.
