The peaceful town Irvington in New Jersey suddenly discovered a cat in terrible condition when its head was stuck in a jar for many days and a rescue took place soon after.

Recently, locals expressed concerns about a poor cat who encountered an awful condition with its head stuck in a jar. It was wandering around the town for a long time.
After realizing the cat's dangerous condition, locals tried to chase it to help, but it was all in vain as the cat seemed extremely scared and tried to hide, making the rescue more difficult.
People then have to ask for help from an animal rescue expert on Facebook
After struggling with the cat rescue for many days with no valid, people there started asking for help on Facebook.
The locals tagged a famous animal rescue expert John Debacker on Facebook, hoping to quickly release the poor cat from the jar trapped on its head as soon as possible.
Fortunately, John Debacker received the emergency and immediately rushed to the scene, even when it was on Christmas Day.
“I was in [New Jersey] for Christmas when I got the call that the cat was in sight,” Debacker said.
The cat rescue process was not easy
Eileen DiNicola, a local rescuer wrote on his Facebook account: "Marcia Sandford Fishkind went a couple of times to try to get her but she ran into the yard next door that she couldn’t access, plus in an area with a bunch of junk which would make it impossible to set a trap or use a net.
"We were meeting there this morning armed with a net and a large carrier that Marcia brought in the hopes she would be in an area we could access.
"Neither Marcia nor I are scruffers and have minimal netting experience so it was a longshot," he added.
The cat was successfully rescued
After Debacker arrived at the scene, he was able to clear things up.
In a rescue video, John climbed over the fence and onto the pile of trash very quietly to not scare her, then scruffed her quickly and got her right into the carrier. He then touched the poor cat's head and took out the jar.
Currently, the cat is in stable condition and can be soon adopted. He will also be spayed on Wednesday.
