In another case, a single mom influencer sparked debate after asking for money to care for her kids despite spending $17,000 per month.

The woman, 33-year-old Adrielle Sigler, created a GoFundMe campaign to raise $30,000, claiming the funds were necessary to move her family after her son was allegedly attacked in Jamestown, New York.

She also set up another fundraiser to cover her son's orthodontic costs.

However, Sigler's followers were baffled when they discovered her lavish spending habits.

Just three days before starting the GoFundMe campaigns, she revealed that she spent a staggering $17,000 in one month.

This included $5,000 on car repairs and an additional $1,000 for a rental car while her vehicle was being fixed. She also spent $1,600 on summer clothes for her three children. Groceries amounted to $3,000 for the month.

Additionally, Sigler spent $800 on technology and subscription services. Beyond these expenses, she also spent significant sums on food delivery services like DoorDash and dining out at restaurants.

Sigler justified these expenses as necessary for supporting her three children as a stay-at-home mom.

However, critics on social media accused her of misusing funds and engaging in extravagant spending.
