McDonald's, a well-known fast food restaurant, has been making its popular burgers since 1940. They have successfully kept the details of how they make their patties a secret from most people.

However, this video shared by the YouTube channel How It's Made has shed light on the journey of a McDonald's beef patty, and the revelations have left many customers baffled.

In the video, they first talk about how McDonald's selects their beef very carefully.

They work with trusted suppliers to make sure they get the best quality. When the beef arrives at the processing plant, they take out any extra fat, gristle, and bones before grinding it.

They mix different cuts of beef, like chuck, round, and Sirloin, with salt, pepper, and other seasonings to make it taste good and have a nice texture.

What surprises a lot of people is how McDonald's makes sure each burger patty is the same size and thickness.

They use a special method called portioning and forming. The ground beef mixture is squeezed and shaped using a special machine. After that, the patties are cooked on a grill using a continuous grilling technique.

After cooking, the patties are kept in a warming cabinet to keep them at the right temperature and texture until they're served.

Although the video tries to highlight McDonald's commitment to quality and careful production, many viewers feel deceived and confused by it.

Some believe the video is unfair because it includes unrelated stock footage instead of showing only McDonald's products.

Customers have different reactions to the video, from feeling let down to doubting if the burgers are genuine.

McDonald's hasn't given an official reply to address the public's worries yet.

"I feel completely misled and deceived," one user said.

Another person voiced their opinion, stating, "This video is highly deceptive. More than half of the footage doesn't even show McDonald's products; it's just stock footage."

"I'm relieved to know that I'm not the only one who felt that this video had a biased agenda and seemed like a sponsored promotion," the third commented.

"It's quite remarkable how they can transform real meat into final products that almost resemble imitation meats. It's a fascinating process in its own right," someone wrote.
