When Carlos returns home, he will get a fancy three-bedroom flat, worth over $900,000 and over $600,000 in cash.
The Filipino government will give him around $278,000.
He also has deals, free food like ramen and mac and cheese, health check-ups, buffet access, and a shopping voucher.

“My mother judged Chloe right away because of how she dressed and acted.
Chloe and I grew up in different environments.
Chloe grew up in Australia, and that’s the culture she knows.
It’s very different from how we move, talk, and dress in the Philippines,” Yulo said
Anjeleigh, a model with a significant online presence, faced criticism from Yulo’s mother for her lifestyle and social media content.
“Chloe has her own income. Everything you see her using and all her travels come from her hard work.
“Ever since the beginning, she didn’t like Chloe, even though she hadn’t met or seen her in person.
Our relationship worsened when I started setting boundaries.
I stood up for Chloe because I like her,” he concluded.
Yulo accused mother of withdrawing his money without permission.
Yulo alleged that his mother not only disapproved of his girlfriend but also accessed his accounts without authorization.
‘My mother had access to my accounts and my monthly sports allowance.
When I finally got control of my accounts, I found out that she had taken money out.
I have statements that show all of her withdrawal,’ he said
His mother defended her actions, stating that she was safeguarding his financial future by managing his earnings.
‘The money was given to me.
As a mother, I was worried that my child might have financial problems in the future.
So I invested it under my name,’ she responded.
His mom issued an apology after his Olympic winnings
Even though they argued about money, Carlos forgave his mom.
He says he cares about their relationship.
After Carlos’ Olympic wins, his mother, Anjelica, apologized for any arguments they had.
She admitted some might think she only spoke up because of his success.
“Son, I’m sorry. I ask for your forgiveness as a caring mother,” she expressed.
“Our door is always open, regardless of your financial status.
I can’t take back my words, but your father and I are ready to talk with understanding whenever you’re ready to come home and resolve this,” she said.
