By using solar power, Tesla drivers shared an astonishingly low electricity bill.

This is not the first time Tesla has shared clever tricks, leaving void payments for high-priced electricity every month.

Another Tesla owner, Sattar, shared his impressive savings over six months.

On the X platform, Sattar left viewers stunned after posting on X about saving $1,800 on fuel costs.

In the post, he spends only $573 to charge his Tesla over 10,000 miles, compared to an estimated $2,400 if he had used a gasoline-powered car.

Similar to @Tesla_GTownTX, by using solar energy,  Sattar was able to feed electricity back into the grid, further reducing his costs.

Additionally, Sattar also revealed that his savings strategy relates to free charging stations.

The strategy of using a powerwall to save electricity has left the Tesla owner shocked.

On social media, this revelation left both current and potential EV owners scratching their heads.

One person said: It’ll take a while to recoup all his initial outlays for the panels and battery. That’s without factoring in the cost of the car itself.

A second wrote: Still need coal for there diesel generators to charge evs and coal to make elec to change.

While a third commented: Battery replacements, the price of the car...and then add in the cost of the road user charges that are coming in my country.

Another added: There will be a lot of unexpected coming to electric vehicles, costs of updating operating systems, batteries etc and hopefully costs to dump a smashed up one. These vehicles can not be recycled, as far as I’m aware.

Hours of your life waiting for a car to charge that you will never get back!!!! Another added.

$2.37 for a year? Costs me that much 1 way to work. Someone else commented.
