A woman has shared the one question she always asks at the conclusion of her job interviews, claiming that it helps her secure job offers.

Jennifer Reardon, a 26-year-old communications director and consultant from Chicago, Illinois, who goes by @notjenneeree on TikTok, has revealed her go-to move for acing job interviews.

In a viral video, she advised her followers about 'how to kill any interview ever.' According to Jennifer, every time she's used this question during her interviews, she has successfully landed the job.

She said in her video: 'Every job I've ever interviewed for, where I've said this, I've gotten the job.

She continued: "Do your interview and be normal - whatever. Before you're done, the last question you're going to ask them is something along the lines of 'are there any concerns you have about me that we can address before we end?'" '

According to Reardon, incorporating this question in your interview is one last opportunity to clear up any doubts or uncertainties the potential about your potential employer may have about hiring you.

'They will have concerns and that's your time to address them,' she said. 'And then once you're done addressing them, they'll have no concerns and you will literally get the [call] saying you got the job.'

After being inspired by a professor who offered the same advice, Reardon shared her secret trick on TikTok. She also encouraged others to try it. She wrote, 'THIS IS MY SECRET TRICK AND IT WORKSSSSSSSS', 'TRY IT immediately.'

Numerous viewers expressed their thoughts in the comments section.

One person commented: I always ask “What qualities does your best employee have that you’d like to see emulated?” and they always eat it up.

Meanwhile, a second wrote: I’ve asked this and they said “We can’t tell you that” and it was really awkward

A Third continued: I always ask, "What does success in this role look like?" and they are always impressed. also, ask why they like working there.

Another wrote: “Is there anything about my resume that gives you pause about my candidacy?” HAS WORKED EVERY TIME

Someone else added: My fav question to ask: “What does success look like in this position”, they loved it

After they say do you have any questions for us. I always say "Can I have the job" and 90 percent of the time I get it, someone wrote.

I turned it into "Based on our conversation, what do you see being my biggest challenges in the first 90 days in this role?" and they love it every time. they always act surprised and impressed by this question. Another explained.
