Victoria, a content creator known for sharing cleaning and household hacks on TikTok, posted a surprising trick she claims to use when cooking ground meat.

In a brief 10-second video, the mother demonstrated a unique fat-absorbing technique. She captioned the video with: 'The simplest way to remove excess fat when cooking ground meat.'

The footage showed her unwrapping the tampons and removing them from their packaging before placing them in the pan with the cooking meat, astonishing some viewers.

She claimed in the clip that 'They will absorb all the fat,' as the tampons in the pan began to expand and turn brown as they absorbed the liquid.

At the end of the video, Victoria seasoned and stirred the meat that was cooking on the stove.

The video has been viewed over 3.4 million times, with thousands of users commenting on it, many expressing shock and disbelief at what they are seeing.
