During an arm wrestling competition with a stranger, a woman suffered terrible pain from broken bones and could not recover after a year.

During Easter celebrations, Daisy Johnson, a 24-year-old from London, engaged in an arm-wrestling match with an unknown man

Unfortunately, her arm snapped, resulting in a spiral fracture in her humerus. 

The excruciating pain endured for days, and even after a year, her arm has not fully recovered.

Daisy was celebrating Easter with her friends at a local pub when an unexpected conversation about the gym sparked her interest. 

Feeling confident in her strength, she boldly challenged a stranger to an arm wrestle. However, she didn't know that this decision would have severe consequences. 

In the middle of the intense arm wrestling match, Daisy's arm suddenly broke with a loud crack, causing extremely intense pain.

She was quickly taken to the hospital for medical help.

Following the incident, Daisy spent four days in the hospital, where her broken arm was manipulated back into place, and she received painkillers to manage her discomfort. 

As an avid fitness enthusiast who regularly frequented the gym, the injury posed a significant obstacle to her usual training routine. 

While her arm was kept still in a sling, Daisy concentrated on different areas of her overall fitness. 

Once she felt prepared, she slowly started including exercises to help her injured arm recover.

Despite her efforts, Daisy's arm has not fully regained its former strength and mobility even after a year of recovery. She describes it as slightly deformed and shorter than her other arm. 

Nevertheless, she remains determined to overcome these setbacks and continue working towards her goal of regaining full functionality.

Reflecting on the incident, she remarked, "At the time, I believed it was just a dislocated elbow joint, and I was convinced that once someone helped me pop it back in, I could continue with my plans at the pub!."
