Pigmie also observed an increase in kyphosis, which is the rounding of the upper back, and lordosis, which is the curving of the lower back.

These changes were concerning to him, as they indicated that standing for too long had negatively impacted his body.

“In only five days look at this slouch when I stand,” he said as he presented the images.

“I can see that my hamstrings are still kind of tight which is fighting a little bit with my glutes,” Pigmie added.

The positive side of the challenge

Despite the negative effects, there were some positive outcomes from his experiment.
