Menopause, which usually happens between 45 and 55 years old, marks the end of a woman's fertility.  However, women who are in menopause and still want to have a baby can consider in vitro fertilization (IVF).

IVF involves combining an egg and sperm in a laboratory and then transferring the resulting embryo to the uterus.

Women can use their own eggs if they were frozen earlier or opt for donated eggs.
