In her post, Nazila explained that her car had a near-full charge. However, the matte black Cybertruck wouldn't respond to the app, key fob, or even remote commands from Tesla themselves.

Nazila wrote to Instagram: 'It had almost full charge, but the CT was unresponsive to the app, physical key and even over air contact from Tesla themselves.'

'And since the CT was parked so close to the garage wall,' she explained, 'the two driver could not access the frunk [front trunk] and side fenders which is where you access the 12v battery to at least put the car in N [neutral].'

Nazlila's Cybertruck was seen loaded up 'to be towed to Tesla service center.'

Nazila's situation was further complicated by the vehicle's tight parking position near a garage wall.

This made it impossible to access the front trunk (frunk) and side fenders, where the 12-volt battery is located for manually shifting the truck into neutral.

The video she posted showed the Cybertruck being towed with locked tires scraping against the pavement.

Below the post, viewers were stunned by potential quality control problems with the Cybertruck.

One person said: Elon Musk loves a prank

A second wrote: How many Mercs and BMWs does one see, dead on the roadside? And they are petrol-driven!

While a third commented:  I wonder if Elon was thinking "I bet people will buy my cars no matter how crap the design is. 3 yr old child- challenge accepted!"

Someone else said: He cannot put an effort into car making while at the same time spewing right wing bile!

This is not the first issue that Cybertruck owners have complained about.

Previously, a Cybertruck owner was furious after their brand-new car stalled seconds after leaving the dealership.

Another Cybertruck owner, Remo, shared his experience on YouTube. After picking up his $82,000 electric vehicle in Irvine, California, his excitement quickly turned sour.

The footage showed just moments after pulling away from the dealership and accelerating, the central display flashed red, emitting warning beeps. The Cybertruck came to a complete stop, and Remo discovered a critical steering malfunction.

The culprit appears to be the vehicle's "steer-by-wire" system, which replaces traditional mechanical connections.

This malfunction limited the Cybertruck's speed to a crawl of just 4 mph, forcing Remo to pull over and return to the dealership.

The comments section of Remo's video revealed that other Cybertruck owners have also encountered issues with their vehicles.
