The CEO of Meta and Instagram is known for opening up about why he wears a gray t-shirt to work every day. 

When questioned about the reason why he chooses to wear a gray t-shirt to work every day, some people might expect a somewhat playful response.

However, during his inaugural public question-and-answer session in 2014, the tech billionaire offered a rather serious explanation for his plain wardrobe selection.

Zuckerberg said that his unassuming fashion choice was a deliberate strategy to minimize the number of decisions he had to make in his daily life, allowing him to stay more focused on his work life.

He explained: "I really want to clear my life to make it so that I have to make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community."

Additionally, Zuckerberg also mentioned that he has 'multiple identical shirts.'

Clearly, this was something the tech magnate aimed to avoid wasting time on. He expressed, 'I feel like I'm not doing my job if I spend any of my energy on things that are silly or frivolous about my life.'
