Cameron Holland, a 29-year-old from Brisbane, was shocked to find this 'rock-hard' cheeseburger that appeared 'fresh' but was likely three years old. The man was so disgusted by finding 'fossilized' McDonald's that he decided to make a video showing it off on TikTok.

Cameron explained that he discovered  'fossilised' McDonald's behind an old car. The meat, cheese, and bun appear to be in a 'pristine' state.

The footage showed him removing the bottom bun, and a sprinkle of onions was visible inside. However, the 'fossilized' McDonald's was as hard as a rock, forcing him to use a hammer to smash through the meat and bun

Then, he crumbled the bun in his hands and said: 'It is like a biscuit,'

Cameron explained that the burger was found in the back of a 12-year-old Toyota Camry, next to the untouched spare wheel.

The discovery disgusted him, leading him to declare that he would never eat McDonald's again. He was extremely shocked at how fresh the burger appeared while being completely rock-hard.

'I was instantly disgusted and I will never be eating McDonald's again,' he said.

'I was shocked by how fresh the burger looked - yet it was rock hard.

He mentioned that there was no obvious odor emanating from the 'fossilized' McDonald's. However, no one in the workshop dared to 'lick it' or 'sniff it.'

Cameron told FEMAIL, saying,  "I was instantly disgusted and I will never be eating McDonald's again. I was shocked by how fresh the burger looked — yet it was rock hard,"

After the incident, McDonald's did not provide a response regarding how long the burgers may have been in the car or how long they appeared 'pristine.

Instead, a spokesperson for McDonald's in Australia stated that their products are best 'consumed upon purchase or delivery to ensure quality and freshness.'

The video quickly went viral on social media, and some people humorously rushed to the comments

One person said: I think the craziest part is that bugs won't eat it.

A second wrote: Just soak it in the water a little to rehydrate it and you're good to go, Maccas is like nuclear waste, it lasts forever.

A third commented: For a second I thought it was a semi-side-up egg that was dropped on a counter near a pan.

Someone else said: Take a bowl of water......place some wooden chopsticks on top....place the burger onto chopsticks....microwave at lowest heat for 5 minutes to rehydrate and heat up.....will taste one day old lol
