Paris Hilton shared her first diaper change experience after her son Phoenix was born via surrogacy.

In a Season 2 episode of "Paris in Love," which premiered in November, Paris Hilton sought advice from her sister, Nicky Hilton.

The reality star asked Nicky if she should "learn," referring to changing diapers. When Nicky responded with a simple "Yeah," Paris acknowledged one thing about her and her husband Carter Reum's baby boy.

“I said I wouldn’t do this on my birthday, but I will for you,” the new mom, 42, said. “Anything for Phoenix.”

During the episode, Paris Hilton, feeling apprehensive, placed her baby on a changing table and received a lesson from her sister, Nicky Hilton, who is 40 years old.

Nicky guided Paris on identifying the front and back of the diaper and ensuring it was not too tight. In a confessional, Nicky emphasized the need to get involved and get her hands dirty in motherhood, describing Paris as a "tomboy" sister.

The footage garnered many reactions on Twitter. While some users found the moment to be in line with Paris Hilton's brand and laughed it off, others criticized her for not changing her newborn's diaper sooner.

I know that the wealthy have night nurses and nannies, but why don't you change to be the mother of your own child? One user said.

Why is she afraid of getting dirty when changing her child's diaper? Be a princess instead of a mother! The second commented.

She will never get this time back. She needs to slow down & soak up every minute with this angel. It goes by so quick, another supposed.

Paris Hilton discreetly welcomed her little one in January, choosing to keep the entire process a secret from her family members.

In October, Paris Hilton spoke out against mom-shamers for the first time after receiving negative comments on Instagram regarding her son Phoenix's head size.

Addressing the criticism, Paris took to Instagram Stories to respond, emphasizing that her son is "perfectly healthy" and attributing his head size to having "a large brain."

She wrote, “Targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe.

“Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life,” Paris continued at the time. “Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It’s hard to fathom that there are people who would target such innocence.”

Paris Hilton, the businesswoman and media personality, and her partner, Carter Reum, 42, introduced their daughter, London, last month.

The couple welcomed London into their lives through a gestational carrier, marking Hilton's second child.
