The viral clip on Instagram left people shocked after the influencer revealed that she embraced 'free bleeding' instead of using pads during her period because of the high cost of sanitary products.
In the program 'Sit With Us,' former Married at First Sight star Domenica Calarco discusses the use of organic hygiene products and how they are more cost-effective than traditional tampons.
During the conversation, Domenica revealed to co-host and MAFS co-star Ella Ding that she often avoids using sanitary napkins due to the high cost of living in the Australian crisis, as sanitary napkins are too expensive.
'You could be paying 10 bucks for pads!' she said.
'Look, I would like organic cotton in my vagina. But I can't justify spending $10 for seven pads.'
She added, 'Sometimes I'm like... I'm just gonna free bleed in my undies and I'll f**king wash it.'
'God...' Ella replied.

Many are urging the stars to consider investing in reusable products not only as a financial investment but also to reduce waste. Others suggest making sanitary products available for free.
