The 55-year-old singing teacher had adopted Daniel when he was 14 years old and the two later decided to take their relationship to the next level by getting married in 2023, despite facing strong opposition from their community.

Initially, the couple claimed that their relationship was 'perfect' and that they were 'on the same wavelength.'

However, Aisylu's marriage soon turned into a nightmare when she discovered Daniel's online dating profile, where he was allegedly arranging hookups with other people.

Aisylu confessed that she was embarrassed to admit the reason behind her decision to file for divorce.

She had previously fought tirelessly to legitimize her marriage to Daniel, even going as far as losing custody of her other adopted children due to the unconventional nature of their relationship.

Previously, the couple tied the knot at a restaurant in Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia in October 2023.

She had been caring for Daniel since he was just 14 years old after she met him at an orphanage where she was giving singing lessons.

After bringing Daniel into her home, their relationship gradually developed, ultimately leading to marriage. However, the couple's actions have greatly disturbed child welfare experts. They quickly took action.

The officials removed Mingalim's rights as a parent to her five other adopted children, including four daughters and one son.

Some of the children were sent back to the orphanage they had come from. The other children were placed to live with other members of their family.

According to reports, the officials felt it was necessary to separate the children from Mingalim and her new husband due to concerns about the unusual and unethical nature of their relationship.

Mingalim was determined to fight this decision and wanted to flee to Moscow with her husband and adopted children to live freely.

She insists that their relationship is perfect and they cannot live without each other.

This case has sparked outrage in the community, particularly when recalling similar previous incidents, such as a woman marrying her son and wanting to have a relationship with her daughter.

Such behaviors are considered unethical and can potentially cause serious harm to the development of the children involved.

This is not the first time a Russian woman has made headlines for a usual marriage.

In 2020, Marina Balmasheva made news when she left her husband to marry her former stepson, Vladimir 'Vova' Shavirin, who was 15 years her junior.

At the time, Marina shared a video of their wedding day, where she admitted to feeling a little "embarrassed" about the situation.
