Details of the plans were uncovered in a 2023 investigation by Wired magazine, revealing a compound consisting of over a dozen buildings.
The center of the estate is two main mansions, boasting a combined floor area comparable to a professional football field. They are estimated to have at least 30 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms in total.
These mansions will be connected by a tunnel leading to a 5,000-square-foot underground shelter.
The hidden bunker is a remarkable feature of the project and has generated significant attention.
This bunker was constructed with metal and soundproofed with concrete, it also provides living space, a mechanical room, and an escape hatch accessible via a ladder.
