In the video, Jenna recounts the viral story. She reveals that she had put in two weeks’ notice after facing a work 'catastrophe.' She is heard trying to quit, but her fellow worker denies her request, stating that she can't.

“This is why I’m quitting." She showed the view of the tumultuous environment at McDonald’s, where a massive spill covered the floor in the kitchen.
In the video, it's heard that she says, “I am quitting. I’m putting in my two weeks again,” she says. “I give up.”
However, another employee suggests the store’s manager refuse her request: "You can't uit."
