Bears have the habit of hibernating

A bear is famous for its large size, but it is also very cute. These species have hibernation behavior.

Every cold season, bears find themselves in bed to "take a nap" all the winter.

While baby bears may choose a hollow tree stump for a long nap, others might find a hillside to create a comfortable bed. Some are luckier and find a cave to sleep in, keeping warm throughout the winter.

Bears seek shelter to hibernate, avoiding the cold winter.

During winter, bears are observed finding a comfortable area to 'take a long nap.' These species hibernate not only to escape the cold but also to regulate their body temperature.

As the hibernation season begins, bears enter a state of controlled torpor. When winter arrives, their bodies automatically reduce metabolism, entering a state of torpor, and their sleep mechanisms are activated
