Traditional remedies for quick relief include laxatives and drinking water. However, an expert on the TikTok platform reveals a clever trick to beat constipation that will get you going to the bathroom in 30 minutes.

Vanessa, a content creator known as @thevanessairene, shared a video titled 'Nutritionist explains how to go to the bathroom easily,' garnering more than 1.3 million views. The wellness coach and nutritionist stress that going to the bathroom only once a week or 3 times a week is not healthy for you.

So, Vanessa Irene then introduces a natural solution that involves blending celery and spinach with water. A simple hack to help us beat constipation quickly.

In  the footage, she explained: 

You don't need to buy any medication. I'm gonna give it to you right now. You need to have celery.

You need to have spinach and you need to put that in a blender with some water do not juice.

But you need to blend it because it's not gonna remove the fiber after it's done blending. You're gonna see a little bit of foam and it'll be very smooth liquid.

Um, celery and spinach blend nicely, but they'll be just a little bit of pulp and you have to comsume that walk around for a little bit and you'll go to the bathroom immediately and you're welcome.
