The victim of the incident was determined to be an 80-year-old American tourist. She was reportedly part of a six-person group vacationing at Lufupa Camp and participating in a photography tour with Wilderness Zambia.
According to the report, another victim was a female tourist who sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized. Additionally, four passengers reportedly sustained minor injuries.
The video captured the horrific incident, quickly going viral on social media.

After the incident, Kafue National Park has not issued any official statement.
Wilderness Zambia's CEO, Keith Vincent, confirmed the fatality and injuries sustained by the tourists after the incident.
Additionally, he emphasized the extensive medical care provided to the injured guests, including airlifting the seriously injured woman to a South African facility.
The current incident is still under investigation.
