Murrey claims that the posts made about him were defamatory and false regarding his conduct during dating, which caused him emotional distress and harm.

He said: "Some of their acts included posting my pictures without my permission, tracking my whereabouts, conspiring to harass me, fabricating entire stories, and sensationalizing their unremarkable interactions with me."

"I support a safe space for women to protect themselves against being stalked, harassed, or harmed, and not the other way around.". He added.

Murrey also alleges that the private Facebook group spread false information about him.

Murrey alleges this private Facebook group, with over 50,000 members, serves as a platform for women to share their dating experience.

He also warns others about potential risks.

Murrey argues that the group was misused to spread false information about him and tarnish his reputation.

Murrey is suing for damages of $2.6 million for 'emotional distress, pain, and suffering'.

Murrey asserts that the women exploited the concept of a safe space to engage in gossip and cyberbullying.

He maintains that he supports the idea of a safe space for women but condemns its misuse for personal vendettas.

He explained: "These women exploited the concept of a safe space to gossip, defame and cyberbully anyone at whim. The acts of these defendants are hate-filled and unrelenting."

In response to Murrey's lawsuits, a fundraiser has been set up to support the women being sued.

The group members maintain that they were merely sharing truthful accounts of their experiences and expressing valid concerns about Murrey's behavior.

Additionally, the Superior Court of California dismissed Murrey's case after he sought significant damages on April 8th.
